Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in the Hawkesbury, NSW and I love to travel! You can find further information about my travel inclusions on my Investment page. If you're wanting a quote for a wedding or photo session out of area, simply shoot me an email for a custom quote.
How do I book?
Get in touch! Whether it's via email, instagram or messenger pigeon, let me know where and when you want me and I'll be able to check my availability!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all of my sessions require a deposit to be paid before your date is locked in.
How do you deliver my gallery?
All images are delivered via a private online gallery.
Can I order prints?
While prints are not something I currently offer, I'm busy sampling print labs so watch this space!
WEDDINGS
Do you have other vendors that you recommend?
Absolutely! Get in touch and I'd be more than happy to share my favourites with you.
Do you outsource your weddings?
Never! When you book Chays Phelps Photography, I'll be the one looking after you every step of the way. From the booking process, to your wedding day and all of your editing, it will all be handled exclusively by me.
Before booking, can we see a full gallery?
No worries! Simply get in touch and I'd be more than happy to send you a previous gallery to look at.
LIFESTYLE
What do we wear for our session?
Upon booking, I will send you a welcome guide which includes a whole section on what to wear including images of my client wardrobe, of which you are more than welcome to wear free of charge.
Do I have to find a location?
No way! I have a range of locations to shoot at, however, if there is somewhere special you would like your session to take place let me know and we can make it work!
What happens if it's raining on our scheduled date?
We'll reschedule! No one wants to get photos in the rain and my equipment doesn't particularly like it either so I'll be in touch to organise an alternative date or location.
